Join a UCrew:
Become part of a virtual community seeking meaningful change, support, and accountability. You’ll be matched with a UCrew of like-minded individuals working on similar habits and goals. With Melissa as your guide, you’ll meet once a week over Zoom for six weeks. 

Meet One-on-One:

Sign up to work individually with Melissa and enjoy a personalized approach to your specific needs and goals. Over Zoom, you’ll meet once a week (plus additional check in’s via text throughout the week) for six weeks. 

Or…all of the above! For extra consistency and accountability, join a UCrew and meet with Melissa weekly for six weeks.  

**Once the COVID-19 pandemic is over and it is safe to do so, we will offer in-person UCrew meetings and one-on-one coaching.
